Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of RPATL Church, based on the foundational truths taught in the Bible. All of our teaching and ministry are rooted in, and flow from, these biblical doctrines.
God
There is one eternally existing God who exists in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all that exists—both visible and invisible—and is worthy of all glory and praise. God is perfect in love, power, holiness, goodness, knowledge, wisdom, justice, and mercy. He is unchanging and remains the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Revelation
God has revealed Himself to us through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the visible image of the invisible God. He has also revealed Himself through the Holy Scriptures, and through creation itself.

Mankind
Humanity—both male and female—was created in the image of God for His glory. The first humans, Adam and Eve, were created without sin and entrusted as caretakers of God’s creation.

The Fall
When Adam and Eve chose disobedience, sin entered the world. Their relationship with God was broken, and all of creation has been fractured ever since. Humanity is now born into sin and is in need of redemption.

Salvation
Jesus Christ came to reconcile humanity back to God. He lived a sinless life and willingly died on the cross, paying the penalty for our sin. God raised Him from the dead, and now, by grace, offers eternal life as a free gift to all who accept Christ by faith as Lord and Savior. Salvation is found in Christ alone.
